Our Story
Chef Hiroshi Tanaka, the master chef of Privée. With the passion of a symphonist, Chef Tanaka sought perfection in his sushi. In search of the finest and rarest ingredients for his culinary utopia, he journeyed from the busy fish markets of Tokyo to the peaceful countryside of Japan.
